  • Welcome to Bali

    You will land at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali’s primary airport. A private transfer will take you to your accommodation.

    Before checking in, you’re welcome to stop at an ATM, convenience store, or restaurant.

    Meals are not included today.

  • After a long flight it’s time to unwind and enjoy your breakfast by the pool.

    Later This 2-hour experience starts with a full-face makeover using top international brands, with step-by-step guidance.

    Next, dress in a stunning Balinese traditional costume and capture memorable photos.

    Then, learn the elegant movements of a Balinese dance like Puspanjali or Pendet, starting with basics before dancing together.

    In the afternoon, your driver will take you to an elephant excursion, where you'll have the opportunity to interact with the elephants, bathe them, and feed them.

    For those interested, an optional elephant ride and swim can be arranged on-site.

    Lunch is included, while dinner will be at your own expense.

  • Get ready for an exciting and adventure-filled day exploring Bali’s most Instagram-worthy spots!

    Your day begins early with a early morning departure from your villa, where you'll receive a breakfast box to enjoy on the way. Spend the day immersing yourself in Bali’s rich culture and breathtaking landscapes with a guided private tour around Ubud.

    Today, you will visit:

Once your trip is confirmed, we’ll provide a list of accommodation options tailored to your budget and preferences, allowing you to choose the perfect villa for your stay.

  • Passport Requirement: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date and have at least one blank page.

  • Rainy Season: Bali’s rainy season runs from November to early May.

  • Dates to Avoid: Nyepi (Day of Silence) – This Balinese holiday follows the Saka lunar calendar, so the date varies each year (typically in March). On this day, the airport is closed, check-ins and check-outs are not allowed, and all travel is restricted from 6 AM until 6 AM the following day. You will be required to stay inside your villa, as locals observe a full day of silence, with no work or outdoor activities permitted. Be sure to check the exact date for your travel year.

  • Visa on Arrival (VOA): Travelers from 160 nationalities, including the U.S., Canada, and the UK, must obtain a 30-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) for USD 34 per person at Denpasar Airport.

  • Flight Planning: If traveling from the U.S. or similar regions, flights typically take 15+ hours, so plan for an extra 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival. We can help you with choosing flights, just let us know!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

🔹 Deposits are non-refundable, but you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.

🔹 Changes 60+ days before departure: You can easily switch to another trip by emailing your trip coordinator. Your full payment balance will be transferred. However, if accommodations have already been booked, cancellation fees may apply based on the property's policy. Our team strives to book flexible options, but any non-refundable hotel/villa fees will be deducted from your credit.

🔹 Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: A 50% cancellation fee (excluding the deposit) applies. The remaining 50% balance will be credited toward a future trip.

🔹 Cancellations within 30 days of departure: The trip is 100% non-refundable (excluding the deposit), and no credit will be issued.
